International Shipping

We do not have control over customs and are therefore not able to be responsible for delays that may occur. Tracking information will be made available to you as soon as it is made available to us.

Approximate Shipping Times

(Does not include weekends or public holidays)

• USA — 3 to 8 business days (tracking available)
• Rest of the world — 3 to 12 business days (tracking availability varies)

In very rare instances, packages may take longer than the stated timeframe. In such cases, we will ship a new package if there are no tracking updates for more than 30-60 business days.

Processing Time vs. Shipping Time

Processing time (3-5 business days) is separate from shipping time. Orders generally take 4-6 business days to be fully processed before dispatch.

Cancelling an Order

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us immediately at sangkyusim@gmail.com. Once an order is processed, we cannot cancel it. A transaction fee applies to cancellations made within 30 minutes before processing.
