SHIPPING POLICY

PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING (United States)
- Standard Shipping (5–8 business days): Free on orders over $50 / $5.99 on orders under $50
- Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days): $12.99
- Overnight Shipping (1 business day): $24.99
SHIPPING CARRIERS
We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx depending on your location and order size.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Nestwell Home Decor is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. We recommend contacting your local carrier or filing a claim with the shipping provider.
