We want you to love your Nestwell purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.
RETURNS
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
Non-returnable items:
- Candles and fragrance products (once opened)
- Seasonal décor (after the relevant season has passed)
- Handmade items marked as final sale
- Items damaged due to misuse
HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN
1. Email us at info@nestwellhomedecor.com with your order number
and reason for return
2. We will send you return instructions within 2 business days
3. Ship the item back using a carrier of your choice
(return shipping cost is the customer's responsibility)
4. Pack the item securely before shipping
REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received free shipping, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
EXCHANGES
We offer exchanges for items of equal value. To request an exchange, contact us at info@nestwellhomedecor.com.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If your item arrived damaged or defective, please email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damage. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
