We currently ship within the United States only.

Estimated Shipping Times

• USA — 6 to 13 business days (tracking available)

In rare instances, packages may take longer than the stated timeframe. If there are no tracking updates for more than 30 business days, please contact us and we will ship a replacement. Delays may be more common during busy holiday seasons (November–December).

Processing Time vs. Shipping Time

Processing time (3–5 business days) is separate from shipping time and should be added to your total estimated delivery time. Orders generally take 4–6 business days to be fully processed before dispatch.

After your order has been processed, our shipping partner will pick up your package. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order ships.

Cancelling an Order

Once an order has been processed, we are unable to cancel it. If you wish to cancel, please email us at info@nestwellhomedecor.com as soon as possible after placing your order.

• Cancellations requested within 30 minutes of ordering (before processing begins) may be subject to a transaction fee.
• Once processing is confirmed, the order cannot be cancelled.
