I have really bad insomnia and can't sleep if there's light, but these cover up enough light that I'm finally able to sleep. They aren't total black out, but they cover a lot and they block out enough that my room is fairly dark. They're pretty great for the price, but if you want 100% blackout I'd recommend a different set. These ones are still really good however. They're a little wrinkly but it can easily be steamed out. I love these curtains. They black out the lot and they help keep my room cooler. I do highly recommend these. They did have a few wrinkles in them, but I put them in the dryer for two minutes and they were wrinkle free.

I would have given 5 stars if they actually were blackout curtains. They are not but I like them, they keep the room dark enough for me and the price was fair.

These are nice, thick, soft curtains. They arrived wrinkled from folding and shipping, and I washed and dried them, but it did nothing, so I did have to fully iron them, so keep that in mind. It was worth it for me.

These drapes are very nice! Fabric is better than expected; soft and light filtering. With a little quick ironing to get the wrinkles out, they we’re easy & ready to hang.

We needed an inexpensive way to replace 10 year old worn out blinds in our living room picture window. These were the perfect solution! There is a shelf under the window that our pups love to lay on in the sun so we have little cushioned beds there. The blinds were in the way plus the pups started to chew on the blinds. That problem has been eliminated with these curtains! We did not need total blackout curtains and our HOA requires white outfacing widow coverings. I was unsure about the color at first, but they have turned out to be the perfect option with great privacy. I used an inexpensive tension rod to hang and it turned out beautifully. They are so soft and I just placed them in the dryer on low for about 20 min after they arrived in order to get the packaging wrinkles out. The price cannot be beat and there are other color options if you need. Please note that these are advertised as room darkening curtains, not blackout curtains, so keep that in mind when reading other reviews.

This is definitely a blackout curtain! I just love how it turns our room dark especially my kids are about to nap, and it blocks the heat of the sunlight.

These are absolutely stunning. I went through several before I got to these. They are a good value. They are thermal. They have no odor or offgassing. They are suitable for any room in the house absolutely gorgeous. I no longer have to worry about all of the security lights across the street lighting my house up like a Christmas tree. They darken the room as they should.

I purchased several sets of these to help darken some of the rooms at my place at the beach. Obviously, the darker color blocks more light, but there was zero odor upon opening the packages, color match was great, they were easy to hang and look really nice up. They are a bit creased, but a quick pass with a steamer should take care of that, which should also help with the way they hang when closed. The material feels nice; nit too heavy, but definitely not too light. They are also affordable enough to change them out with the seasons.

When I opened it I thought i got the wrong color. It's misleading in different light. But they are Grey the feel like velvet. Blocks 99 percent light. Good deal for the price

These blackout curtains are exactly what I was looking for. The fabric feels thick and high quality, they block out most of the light, and they give the room a clean, modern look. They were easy to hang, and the size was perfect. Great value for the price, and I would definitely buy them again. Highly recommended!

My granddaughter wanted these gray curtains for her bedroom. She likes him a lot. Shhe has light blue walls and a gray carpet and a gray comforter with fairy lights at the top of the walls. the blackout curtains will be good for room.

Loved the color and how they block the light for a private ambiance

Not as light blocking as they were 2 years . I bought these exact curtains in 2023 and they were wonderful, the feel the look and the light blocking ability was fabulous. I decided to get two more because I was using one curtain per window which was doing a good job, but decided two curtains per window would probably look better. Which it does look better. However the newer set does not block light near as well as the older set. It is a considerable difference. Before I needed light to see, now it’s like a night light is on. So for that I’m deducing a star. If you’re looking for beautiful curtains these are beautiful. If you’re looking for light blocking, these no longer fit that description.

I originally gave a negative review based on what the curtains looked like. After sitting in the New Mexico west facing sun all afternoon they were still cool to the touch and had not absorbed heat into them. They did not look like they would resist heat but they did! The bedroom is much cooler and I don't need to use the AC now, only a box fan
